Avoiding Fees
Monthly Fees
There are no monthly fees for the first 12 months, not sure whatt he fees are after that
Early Account Termination Fee
I wasn’t able to find a fee schedule so I’m unsure if there is any early account termination fee
Our Verdict
Always nice to see a bonus with no direct deposit requirement and no monthly fees to worry about. The downside is that it’s only available at one banking center and we don’t know if it’s a hard or soft pull (although you should be able to ask). If it turns out to be a soft pull we will add it to the list of the best checking account bonuses. Normally I’d save this sort of bonus (highly region specific bank bonus) for the weekend but given that there isn’t much time left I thought it best to post sooner rather than later.
