Icelandair on Thursday launched nonstop seasonal service between Reykjavik and Detroit, the carrier announced. The flight will operate four times weekly until Oct. 30, using Boeing 737 Max aircraft. Passengers will be able to connect to more than 25 European destinations, as well as make a stopover in Iceland for up to seven nights at no additional cost, according to the carrier.
