Family of man killed on NYC subway demands charges

The family of Jordan Neely, the man who died after being placed in a chokehold on a New York City subway train, is demanding that Daniel Penny be arrested. Penny, a 24-year-old Marine veteran, was questioned and released the night Neely died. Nancy Chen has the latest.
