Street Fighter has only been attempted once to be adapted into a feature film. However that’s about change, Legendary Entertainment has acquired the film and TV rights for Capcom’s legendary fighting game series. The Hollywood Reporter states with this deal could be possible shows or films, with Capcom and Legendary working together on future projects.

The last time ‘Street Fighter’ was seen on the big screen was 1994, and it was led by Jean-Claude Van Damme, Raul Julia, and Ming-Na Wen.
