On any given day, you can find Bronx-born Keith Hardy living up to his nickname on some downtown NYC sidewalk or another. Shredmaster Keith, as he’s known, found his first skateboard in a garbage can when he was 11, and in the years since he’s honed a gritty and imaginative style of urban skating—and an adventurous personal style to match. “You have to look cool skating,” says Keith, who cruises around in penny loafers, trim pinstripe trousers, and creamy white suits. His scrappiness on the board has turned him into a globe-trotting pro, and thanks to his daring fits, he’s evolved into a singular fashion icon too. “I went to church on Sundays as a kid, and I would wear suits and button-ups that had crazy patterns,” he says. “I didn’t like it then, but now that I’m older I’m scrambling through my past, trying to grab onto the shit that is actually cool.”—Samuel Hine

ORNATE COORDINATES

Needles broke through stateside on the strength of its A$AP Rocky–approved tracksuits, but it’s the Japanese label’s suit suits—decked out in eccentric prints with mile-wide lapels and flowy trousers—that now deserve your full and undivided attention (blazer, $939, and pants, $593).

TWO-FACED FASTENERS

Keep the shell pearls on these cuff links from U.K. jeweler Completedworks right side up on more formal occasions, then flip them to the jade-toned resin blobs when you’re feeling funkier ($157).
