This Maple Pecan Pancake Bake is the perfect recipe for brunch or a family gathering. Instead of standing over the stove making pancakes, you can make a lot at one time. This recipe is very versatile so you can make the pancakes to your liking. We love the combination of maple syrup and pecans topped with bacon!

Maple Pecan Pancake Bake Ingredients Needed:

Eggs

Bisquick

Sugar

Buttermilk

Maple Syrup

Pecans

Bacon

You could easily add blueberries to this recipe. Just fold them in before baking. I would think a cup would be perfect. My family loved this recipe and it’s so easy to make and would be perfect for brunch! You could also top with any other fruit once it’s out of the oven. Would be delicious with strawberries!

  • 2 eggs slightly beaten
  • 1 1/2 cups of bisquick
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • 3/4 cup of buttermilk
  • 1/4 cup of Maple Syrup
  • 1/2 cup of pecans chopped (optional)
  • 3-4 slices of bacon cooked and crumbled optional
  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Combine first 6 ingredients in bowl and mix well. Spray 8X8 inch baking dish with cooking spray and then pour in mixture.

  • Bake at 425 for 10 minutes.

  • Add crumbled bacon to top and cook for another 5-6 minutes or until knife comes out clean in the center.

  • Cut into squares and serve with maple syrup on top. Makes 6-8 servings
