Gary Rossington, last original member of Lynyrd Skynyrd, dies at 71

Gary Rossington, the last surviving original member of the Southern rock band Lynyrd Skynyrd has died at age 71. The guitarist co-wrote “Sweet Home Alabama” and several other fan favorites.
