Former British Airways executive Luke Goggin in August will join Virgin Atlantic as VP of global sales, the carrier announced Friday. He will be responsible for all corporate and agency sales, and work closely with joint venture partners Delta Air Lines and Air France-KLM, according to Virgin. Goggin most recently was head of U.K. and Ireland sales and global accounts for British Airways, where he oversaw large corporate and travel management company customers. Virgin Atlantic head of sales operations Rachel Wilton will act as interim VP of global sales until August, according to the carrier.
