Etihad Airways on May 1 will increase service from Abu Dhabi to Frankfurt to 11 times weekly from daily, the carrier announced Thursday. Service will be operated on two-class Boeing 787 Dreamliner aircraft, with 28 seats in business class and 262 in economy. Etihad in a statement said the move, combined with its planned launch of Düsseldorf service, “underlines Etihad’s commitment to the important German market.”
