Winter storm brings snow, ice to southern U.S., blamed for at least 8 deaths in Texas

A winter storm front has brought snowy and icy conditions to large portions of the South. The storm has knocked out power to tens of thousands of people and is blamed for at least eight deaths in Texas. CBS DFW reporter Jason Allen has the latest.
