A pedestrian was killed early Thursday morning after being struck by a vehicle on southbound Highway 85 in San Jose, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The crash was reported shortly after 1:30 a.m. near the Camden Avenue off-ramp. Patrol officers
temporarily stopped all southbound traffic and diverted vehicles onto the Camden Avenue off-ramp.
It was later reopened, and all lanes were back open by 3:50 a.m., according to the CHP.
No further information about the crash was immediately available
