Cary police arrested a Durham man after they said he hit a police vehicle during a traffic stop on Monday evening.
Grayson Dixon, 28, is charged with DWI.
Cary police said it happened around 6:30 p.m. Monday on North Carolina Highway 55 near the intersection of Green Level Church Road.
Police said the Cary officer was outside the vehicle during the collision and was not injured.
Dixon was driving a gray Honda Accord and was arrested at the scene, according to the police.
Police said Dixon was not injured.
