CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Adam Wurtzel went to The Brightmore of South Charlotte to meet one of the finalists of a unique Senior Living Top Chef competition.
Chef Hassan Aberchah prepared “Up ‘n Adam” Steak Oscar, which is steak with crab meat topped with béarnaise.
