(KRON) — A cold weather advisory has been issued for the interior Bay Area and Central Coast Sunday, according to the National Weather Service.
Temperatures could drop to as low as 34 degrees, the NWS reports.

“Cold conditions will be hazardous to sensitive populations such as unhoused individuals,” the NWS said. “Prolonged exposure to the cold conditions will lead to hypothermia for people, pets and livestock.”
The NWS warns against using generators or grills indoors due to the risk of carbon monoxide poisoning.
The advisory will be in effect from 1 a.m. through 9 a.m. Monday.
