It’s easier to keep up day-to-day now.

Kourtney Kardashian took to her Instagram Story to update fans on life nearly a year after she and husband Travis Barker stopped trying to expand their blended family via in vitro fertilization.

“Finally started getting my energy back 10 months after stopping IVF,” the reality star, 43, wrote on Thursday above a snap from the treadmill. “For anyone else going through it, it gets better!”

Kardashian opened up in recent months about the decision to pursue in vitro fertilization.

“It was a lot,” she told The Wall Street Journal of IVF. “I took a break just to focus on our wedding and getting married.”

In October, Kardashian told the “Not Skinny But Not Fat” podcast that she last did IVF in January or February and her energy levels had been “really down” ever since.

Kourtney Kardashian, left, and Travis Barker appear at the 64th Annual Grammy Awards in Las Vegas on April 3.

Noting that the process “affects your adrenals, thyroids and hormones,” Kardashian said the experience “really took a toll on my health and mentally. … I know it’s for so many people but it’s just not for me.”

Adding that she’s “for now, done with IVF,” she hopes she and Barker will become parents again, “if it’s truly meant to be.”

Kardashian and Blink-182 drummer Barker, 47, got engaged in October 2021 and said “I do” across three ceremonies this year, culminating in a May fairytale wedding at an Italian castle.

The newlyweds each have children from prior relationships, with Kardashian and ex Scott Disick sharing Mason, 12, Penelope, 10, and Reign, 7. Barker and ex-wife Shanna Moakler are parents to Landon, 19, and Alabama, 16.
