Pats, law firm deliver 50 turkeys to Lawrence club

LAWRENCE — New England Patriots linebacker Anfernee Jennings walked into the Boys & Girls Club of Lawrence with modest expectations — and left 30 minutes later completely in awe.

On his day off, Jennings, along with teammate Demario “Pop” Douglas, split appearances across five Boys & Girls Clubs in New Bedford, Brockton, Lynn, Lawrence and Boston. Partnering with Jeffrey Glassman Injury Lawyers (JGIL), the mission was simple but meaningful: deliver 250 turkeys to local families in need.
