While information is limited at the time of writing, the incident was also confirmed by the Roseville Police Department. According to the RPD, they are helping Placer County deputies with “an incident involving a shooting.”
The Placer County Sheriff’s Office is on scene of a deputy-involved shooting at Dry Creek Park in West Roseville. Please avoid the area.

It is unknown what led up to the shooting or if there are any injuries. This is an ongoing investigation.
