Two homebuilders opened model homes at Everly, Johnson Land Ventures’ community off Hopfe Road in northwest Harris County.
Drees Custom Homes opened one model to showcase floor plans for 45-foot lots. The builder’s offerings for that lot size range from 1,781 to 2,524 square feet and are priced from $380,000. Construction is already in progress on another model home that will showcase Drees’ offerings for 60-foot lots, which will range from 2,416 to 3,862 square feet with prices starting at $570,000.
Perry Homes, meanwhile, opened three model homes showcasing floor plans for 45-, 50- and 60-foot homesites. Offerings for 45-foot lots range from 1,600 to 2,700 square feet and are priced from $390,000; 50-foot offerings range from 2,200 to 3,300 square feet, priced from $470,000; and 60-foot offerings range from 2,700 to 4,000 square feet, priced from $570,000.
Westin Homes will also open a model for a 50-foot lot before the end of the year. Floor plans will range from 2,782 to 3,400 square feet, priced from $540,000.
