A Fairfax County police sergeant is on leave amid an internal investigation into an alleged public drunkenness incident.
LEESBURG, Va. — An off-duty Fairfax County police sergeant was arrested Friday night in Leesburg for public drunkenness.
The Leesburg Police Department arrested Brett Choyce, 43, of Hamilton.
Choyce was placed on administrative leave while an internal investigation is conducted.
