Both pending and closed listings increased incrementally in Houston during the week ended Oct. 27, according to the Weekly Activity Snapshot from the Houston Association of REALTORS®.
Homebuyers purchased 1,591 homes during the week, up 0.2% year over year. Meanwhile, 1,893 listings went under contract, up 1.9% year over year.
New listings also increased 6.1% annually as Realtors added 3,271 properties to the MLS.
