Four new shows will join hundreds of fresh “House Hunters” and “House Hunters International” episodes for HGTV’s 2026 programming.
WASHINGTON — HGTV, the popular home improvement, design and real estate focused reality programming channel, announced their 2026 lineup of content featuring new and familiar faced Wednesday.
The cable channel owned by Warner Bros. Discovery said it’s releasing four new shows next year, including a “Property Brothers” spinoff called “Property Brothers: Under Pressure.”
Along with the new shows comes another almost 400 new episodes of “House Hunters” and “House Hunters International.”
“With this programming order, HGTV is delivering more of our tried-and-true formats that drive consistent ratings for the network, while also featuring new talent and concepts to engage our devoted fans and attract different audiences,” said Howard Lee, Chief Creative Officer, US Networks, Warner Bros. Discovery, in a press release.
While it’s not exactly clear when these new shows will premiere, here’s what we do know about them:
“Property Brothers: Under Pressure”
This new 14-episode spinoff series starring twins Drew and Jonathan Scott will show the duo helping “wary buyers grappling with commitment issues make confident, informed decisions for the biggest purchase of their lives,” Warner Bros. Discovery said in a press release.
The show will also highlight the “highs and lows of the home buying process” including competitive markets, tough compromises and expensive materials.
“Botched Homes”
In this eight episode series, New York City turned Florida contractor Charlie Kawas makes it his mission to “fix what others got horribly wrong.”
Kawas and his team will bring “function, flow and beauty to clients’ spaces in disrepair” caused by shoddy contractors and DIY projects gone wrong.
“Neighborhood Watch”
This 16-episode show will reveal the “raw, unfiltered and sometimes shocking footage straight from security cameras, smart doorbells, nanny cams and baby monitors across America,” according to the show summary.
“World’s Bargain Dream Homes”
This new house hunting series will be 12 episodes and follow people “brave enough to purchase the world’s most affordable properties that also happen to be stunning, turnkey and in desirable locations around the globe, many of which offer incredible cost-saving incentives.”
New “House Hunters” episodes in 2026
Wednesday’s announcement says there will be “nearly 400” new half-hour long episodes of “House Hunters” and “House Hunters International” coming in 2026.
The “House Hunters” show began in the late 90s and its spinoff “House Hunters International” began in 2006. The original show has an estimated more than half million daily viewers over the last year, according to the U.S. Television Database. Warner Bros. Discovery says the shows bring in over 13 million viewers each month.
The announcement says the episodes will still have their “signature fun and interactive viewing experience” for viewers.
