The Sacramento Police Department say a person was shot and killed in the 2400 block of Meadowview Road.
SACRAMENTO, Calif. — A man was shot and killed in South Sacramento on Thursday night, according to the Sacramento Police Department.
Police said officers responded to reports of a shooting before 9:30 p.m. in the 2400 block of Meadowview Road.
When officers arrived, they found a man with at least one gunshot wound. Officers gave him emergency medical aid.
He was later pronounced dead, police said.
