CHAPEL HILL, N.C. (WTVD) — The Chapel Hill Police Department is investigating a shooting that happened Thursday night.
According to police, officers responded to a shooting call around 6:14 p.m. and found a person with gunshot wounds near the intersection of Franklin and Graham Streets.
The person was taken to UNC Hospitals.
One person was taken into custody in connection with the shooting, police say.
Police are planning to release more details later this evening.
