PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — A man was hospitalized with life-threatening injuries after a shooting in Portland’s Creston-Kenilworth neighborhood early Sunday morning, police said.
Just after 5:30 a.m., officers responded to the 5800 block of Southeast Foster Road on numerous reports of shots fired.
Arriving in the area, officials said they found a seriously injured man sitting in a vehicle.
Police said he was taken to a hospital by ambulance and his current condition is unknown at this time.
Any possible suspect or suspects had left the scene and no arrests were made, officials said.
During the on-scene investigation, Southeast Foster Road is closed both directions between 56th and 59th Avenues.
