RALEIGH, N.C. (WTVD) — The Triangle Parade of Homes returns for its 60th year.
Builders in Wake, Durham, Orange, and Chatham counties will open doors to more than 250 homes over three weeks.
It is the Triangle’s largest open house.
The parade highlights everything from multi-million dollar homes with rooftop lounges, pool patios, and outdoor kitchens-to affordable homes, with smart features like Amazon delivery rooms.
“Parade Of Homes is an amazing time of year. It is the Triangle’s largest open house.”
The 2025 even span across nine counties and 178 communities in North Carolina.
