Serious crash diverts traffic off Highway 36 WB in Lake Elmo

Traffic is being diverted off a highway east of the Twin Cities on Tuesday morning due to a serious crash, officials said.

Drivers heading westbound on Highway 36 were being diverted onto Manning Avenue. The Minnesota Department of Transportation said the crash involved at least two vehicles.
