Quote of the Day
An impassioned Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy had a stark warning for fellow world leaders during his address to the United Nations General Assembly on Wednesday morning: Stop Russia now or they themselves may face an emboldened Russian President Vladimir Putin, who would “keep driving the war forward wider and deeper.”
Zelenskyy’s speech came a day after U.S. President Donald Trump posted on social media that “Ukraine, with the support of the European Union, is in a position to fight and WIN all of Ukraine back in its original form” –– a dramatic shift from the American president’s prior calls for Kyiv to offer concessions for peace.
