The tropical wave tagged Invest 93-L has been upgraded to Tropical Storm Humberto on Wednesday evening, according to the National Hurricane Center. Humberto is located several hundred miles east of the Leeward Islands, and has become better defined with showers and thunderstorms becoming better organized this afternoon.
