CHICAGO — Authorities in Chicago are asking for help in the search for a man who police say has been missing for over a week.
According to police, 39-year-old Fabian Redmond was last seen on Tuesday, Sept. 2.
Officers said the missing man disappeared as he made his way to the Wind Creek Casino in the 17300 block of South Halsted Street in East Hazel Crest, Illinois.
Officers say the missing man, who stands 5-foot-109 and weighs around 135 pounds, has black hair and brown eyes.
Redmond was last spotted wearing a white T-shirt, a black hooded sweatshirt with red graphics, black jeans as well as black and red Jordan shoes.
Additionally, officers said Redmond has multiple tattoos, including an arm sleeve with a pyramid, the word “Loyalty” on the upper arm and a name on his chest. He also has a light, heart-shaped birthmark on the front of his neck.
A photo provided by Chicago police shows Redmond with facial hair, though it is unclear if he had any at the time of his disappearance.
Authorities provided details on the search on Monday night.
