(FOX40.COM) — A person has barricaded himself in a home involved with fire, prompting heavy responses from the Folsom Police and Fire Department on Monday evening.
According to police, the incident happened in the 100 block of River Ridge Way.
Sacramento Metropolitan Fire is assisting the Folsom Fire and stated crews are working on trying to keep up with the flames in the main house.
At this time, police are asking residents to avoid the area.
