WESTCHESTER COUNTY, NY (WPVI) — A box truck and a tractor-trailer collided Tuesday morning, closing a section of Interstate 95 in New Rochelle, New York.
One driver was killed and the other was taken to the hospital.
All southbound lanes are closed, with traffic being diverted at Exit 16.
