The stagnant pattern sticks around through this first weekend of September, with the heaviest rainfall staying in South Florida. Saturday will kick off with plenty of sunshine, mix in some clouds, then scattered showers and storms will develop by early to midafternoon. Highs are back to seasonable levels in the lower 90s.
Get your outdoor chores wrapped up before lunch on Sunday as the day starts off dry. Then watch scattered rain and rumbles pop up by early to midafternoon. Temperatures will be back into the lower 90s.

- Space Coast Honor Flight Welcome Home Celebration at MLB | Saturday | 8:30 p.m. | Veterans will exit their flight and make their way through the terminal to the Welcome Center, passing through a path lined with the community applauding, waving flags, and holding signs. - 3rd Annual Casino Night | Saturday | 6:30 p.m. | The Flagler Woman’s Club invites you to our 3rd annual Casino Night at the Italian American Club at 45 Old Kings Road N in Palm Coast. $85 Donation includes appetizers, raffle tickets, and $5,000 in chips for casino games and live music by Frank Braccia.

- Wildwood Comedy Night | Saturday | 6:30 p.m. | An evening of side-splitting laughter. Adam Clayton and Jared Dykas will open for headliner Lance Weiss.
