(FOX40.COM) — The Solano County Sheriff’s Office arrested three people after executing two search warrants and a parole compliance check related to child sex abuse material on Tuesday.

Detectives with the Solano County Sheriff’s Office Investigation Bureau and Sheriff’s Enforcement Team served the warrants in Vallejo as part of ongoing investigations into the possession and distribution of CSAM, according to the sheriff’s office.
38-year-old Vallejo resident Pavel Babayev was charged with possession and distribution of CASM after the first warrant was served.
The second warrant led to another Vallejo resident, 57-year-old Tracy Zinkovich, being arrested on similar charges.
Both suspects were booked into the Solano County Jail after evidence collected at both locations supported the allegations.
Officials also conducted a Penal Code 290 parole compliance check on 33-year-old Vallejo resident Drake Sherman in a related operation. Sherman was a former Rio Vista High School teacher who was arrested and convicted in November 2024 for possession of CSAM. He was found to violate his parole terms and was also booked into the Solano County Jail.
