Flow Arts in the Park – explore the art of flow Aug. 31 – Charlotte On The Cheap

Charlotte Flow Arts in the Park is a group that meets up regularly in Charlotte parks for flow events. Everyone is welcome to these free events, and the group has equipment that you can use.

Flow is moving, dancing, or just playing with props or toys like hula hoops, poi (balls on strings), staffs, batons, ribbons, flow stars, buugeng, and more.

Flow also includes activities like juggling and other fun tricks that use movement, rhythm, and creativity. Anyone can do it! It’s all about having fun and finding your own style.
