August 2025
- Oslo State Prosecutor announces they are bringing 32 charges against Marius. These charges are based on the Oslo Police’s June 2025 findings.
- The charges include cases of:
- 1x rape with intercourse.
- 3x rape without intercourse.
- plus other charges that include Abuse in close relationships, several acts of violence, making death threats, assaulting a public official and violating the Road Traffic Act.
- In total, the case has a maximum prison time of 10 years if convicted on all charges.
- Høiby denies all charges, with the exception of a violent incident against his ex-girlfriend in Frogner in August last year.
- The rapes allegedly took place between 2018 and August 2024.
- The Royal Palace has stated:
