All clear given for Pearl Fire, evacuations lifted

DENVER (KDVR) — The Pearl Fire, which has been burning in Larimer County since Monday, has been given the all clear by the United States Forest Service.

According to the USFS, the fire was at 90% containment as Saturday night’s rain moved in, although at the time smoke and flames were still visible in the fire’s interior.

Also Saturday night all evictions in the area of the fire were lifted.

The fire began on private property and is considered to be human-caused, although the specific cause has not been released.

The fire was a total of about 128 acres,
