Discovery Place Science is presenting Educator Summit on Saturday, September 14, 2024, from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. This is a free event for educators.

This event is designed to empower teachers with tools and insights to bring STEM to life for their students. Explore innovative ways to engage students through hands-on learning, interactive exhibits and immersive field trip experiences at Discovery Place Science.

The day includes an IMAX Planetarium show and a giveaway.

8:30-9:00 a.m. – Fuel Up: Light breakfast
9:00-9:30 a.m. – STEM Learning principles
9:30-10:45 a.m. – Museum & Lab Exploration
10:45-11:00 a.m. – Break
11:00-11:45 a.m. – “Matter of Science” Spectacular
12:00-12:30 p.m. – IMAX Planetarium Show
12:30 p.m. – Grand Finale & Giveaway
