ALBANY, N.Y. (NEWS10) — Amtrak will begin resuming its northern service line between Albany and Montreal. The service was halted in May.
The line was suspended for 40 miles of track repairs. It will resume on Monday, Sept. 9.
New York State is paying for the track repairs because of the 2008 federal Passenger Rail Investment and Improvement Act.
