New listings rise 9.4% in Houston – Houston Agent Magazine

New listings increased by 9.4% in Houston during the week ended July 29, according to the Weekly Activity Snapshot from the Houston Association of REALTORS® (HAR).

Realtors added 3,341 properties to the MLS, up from 3,054 properties during the same week in 2023. Both pending and closed listings fell, however, by 7.4% and 10.1%, respectively.

Consumer interest remained high during the week though, as listing views on HAR.com jumped 60.5% year over year.
