Morning clouds to start Sunday

[ad_1]

There’s the potential we could see record breaking heat for the 4th of July weekend.

PORTLAND, Oregon — The second half of the weekend is going to start off with a weak disturbance that will bring in mostly cloudy skies with a slight chance of some pockets of drizzle and maybe even a shower too. By Sunday afternoon, we’ll see the clouds lift and see plenty of sunshine with daytime highs topping out around 80 degrees. The work week starts off nice, with daytime highs around the upper 70s to the low 80s.

By the 4th of July we’ll be seeing highs around 90 degrees, but some models are showing we could see the potential for record breaking heat Friday and Saturday, with highs approaching 100 degrees.

That’s another week out, so for the time being, let’s just enjoy the comfortable temperatures we’re going to see for the next few days.

Have a great weekend everyone!
