All three employees were taken to Fairfax Hospital after the crash. Unfortunately, one woman did not survive.

FAIRFAX, Va. — Police are investigating after a woman was killed in a crash outside the carwash in Fairfax where she worked on Saturday. Two other employees were injured and are expected to be ok.

The woman has been identified as Martha Clemencia Nguyen, 62, of Fairfax.

On Saturday, June 29, just before 11 a.m., officers responded to the parking lot of Flagship Carwash on Fairfax Boulevard for a crash where three employees were hit.

Investigators say a customer was driving away from the carwash when they hit another car and then a group of employees. All three employees were injured as a result of the crash and taken to Fairfax Hospital for help. Unfortunately, one woman who was hit did not survive. Nguyen was pronounced dead at the hospital.

Police are investigating the circumstances around the crash. At this time, detectives say alcohol and speed are not factors.
