Garden Party at Buckingham Palace

King Charles III and Queen Camilla hosted the inaugural Creative Industries Garden Party at Buckingham Palace on May 15th. There are usually four annual Garden Parties hosted by the Royal Family at Buckingham Palace and the Palace of Holyrood House for around 30,000 guests yearly, as well as a few special others, like today’s inaugural for the Creative Industries.

King Charles III and Queen Camilla were joined by the Duke of Edinburgh and Duchess of Gloucester as they hosted the Garden Party in the spectacular gardens of Buckingham Palace, for approximately 4,000 representatives from the world of culture, art, heritage, broadcasting and fashion, who came together to celebrate the creative industries.

Queen Camilla wore the late Queen’s iconic Williamson Pink Diamond Brooch for the first time.

The Duchess of Gloucester wore the Gloucester Pearl and Emerald Suite.

Earlier, King Charles III and Queen Camilla attended a Service of Dedication for the Order of the British Empire at St Paul’s Cathedral in London on May 15th.

The Royal Family hosted the first annual Garden Party of 2024 at Buckingham Palace on May 8th, with the next one to be held on May 21st.
