Bank of America closing Sacramento branch in Land Park neighborhood

(FOX40.COM) — A Bank of America branch in the Land Park neighborhood is closing later this fall.

The Bank of America Financial Center on 1515 Broadway is set to close on Sept. 10, according to the bank’s website.

The bank is in a busy area on Broadway, sitting across from Tower Café and Tower Theatre and nearby other business such as Lola’s Lounge, Miso Japanese, Noah’s Bagels, Chipotle and Target.

Customers who opened an account or often visit the bank’s Broadway location reportedly received a notice that the bank was closing.

Bank of America notified customers that their accounts will stay the same and have specialists to provide guidance if needed.

Customers who need to close their safe deposit boxes at the branch are advised to make an appointment by calling 877-218-8262.
