Deputies investigate suspicious package at Sacramento County Administration Center

Roads have reopened in downtown Sacramento on Monday morning after deputies investigated a suspicious package left at the Sacramento County Administration Center, the sheriff’s office said. The building 700 H Street was taped off for a period. The package was deemed safe. No one was detained. This story is developing.
