Highland Park condo lawsuit forces affiliate of prominent developer Stillwater Capital into Ch. 7 bankruptcy

The homeowners association for the condo complex along Abbott Avenue sought damages of more than $10 million because of alleged faulty construction at the Mondara in Highland Park. Stillwater Capital has built apartment, condo and townhome properties as well as industrial and mixed-use developments throughout DFW.
