The pan-European Stoxx 600 (STOXX) held steady on Tuesday after opening higher, with majority of sectors trading in positive territory. Mining stocks led gains, while media stocks moved lower. Market participants also awaited the European Central Bank’s monetary policy decision Thursday. In other news, Asia-Pacific stocks were mixed after BOJ decision.

In the bond market, the U.S. 10-year Treasury yield (US10Y) was up 3 basis points to 4.12%.
