The Department of Cannabis Control (DCC) is issuing this consumer advisory due to the presence of Chlorfenapyr in Zoap Cannabis Flower. Consumers who purchased Zoap Cannabis Flower are urged to check their packaging for the UID and batch number listed below and dispose of it appropriately.

Consumers

If you purchased this product: 

  • Check your package for the UID and batch number above.  
  • If the numbers match, please dispose of the product or return it to the retailer for proper disposal.  
  • If you are experiencing symptoms or any adverse reactions, contact your physician immediately. 

Licensees  

All retail sales and distribution of the adulterated batch must cease immediately. It is unlawful to distribute, sell, hold or offer for sale an adulterated cannabis good. 

DCC sent notices to all retailers with this product in their inventory with instructions to collect, segregate, and quarantine all units until they are transferred to the Distributor (Grizzly Peaks Farms, LLC) or destroyed.
