Sen. Tim Scott says border security along with Ukraine aid needs to be included in funding package

Republican Sen. Tim Scott of South Carolina, who is seeking the GOP presidential nomination in 2024, tells “Face the Nation” that to get all Republicans on board with a government funding package that includes aid for Ukraine, there will need to be more money for border security.
