A 9-year-old girl disappeared on a family camping trip in a New York state park on Saturday, and police believe she may have been abducted.
Charlotte Sena was visiting Moreau Lake State Park, about 40 miles north of Albany, with family and friends over the weekend, cops said.
Charlotte went for a bike ride by herself around 6:15 p.m. in the park, her family told the Albany Times-Union. When she was gone for 10 minutes, her parents began looking for her.

At 6:45 p.m., Charlotte’s bike was found, but there was no sign of her. An AMBER alert was issued at 9:35 a.m. Sunday that stated Charlotte had been abducted and was “taken under circumstances that lead police to believe that they are in imminent danger of serious harm and/or death.”
But at a press conference on Sunday afternoon, state police and Gov. Hochul did not say Charlotte had definitely been abducted and instead characterized the case as a search of the park, according to the Times-Union.
“The exhaustive search meant it was quite possible an abduction took place,” State Police Lt. Col. Richard Mazzone said.
Charlotte and her family live in Greenfield. She was last seen wearing an orange tie-dye Pokemon shirt, dark blue pants, black Crocs and a gray bike helmet.
