Certain street style stars, such as Anna Wintour, Olivia Palermo, and this fabulous showgoer, have mastered the art of print-mixing without ever looking garish. It’s a trick worth having in your toolbox for days you’re feeling loud and proud. To strategically over-index on patterns, go for a mix of macro and micro motifs, be it polka dots, zebra stripes, or both. You’ll also want to stay in the same color family to keep things uniform—but that doesn’t mean you can’t add a pop of green or pink.
